1. Who We Are

These terms apply to the website and services of Axiom Digital, operated by Danel Rahmani, based in Groningen, the Netherlands.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

The services of Axiom Digital are available to both businesses and private individuals (consumers).

  • Business clients (B2B): companies, freelancers, and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession.
  • Private individuals (B2C): consumers as defined under Dutch law (Article 6:230g BW), acting outside of a professional context.

Where relevant, additional consumer-protection rights under Dutch and EU law apply to agreements with private individuals. These rights are not excluded or watered down by these terms. If you are a consumer, you retain all statutory rights granted to you, including (where applicable) the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling provisions (Article 6:230o BW et seq.).

3. Website Use Only — No Services Without a Signed Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website only. They do not constitute an offer, engagement, or agreement to provide any services.

No obligation whatsoever arises — whether legal, financial, or otherwise — between Axiom Digital and any visitor, enquirer, or third party unless and until a separate, written agreement or confirmation has been entered into between the parties.

Browsing this website, submitting a contact form, exchanging emails, attending a meeting, or receiving a proposal does not by itself create any contractual relationship or liability on the part of Axiom Digital.

Note on pre-contractual good faith: Dutch law (Article 6:2 BW) recognises a principle of pre-contractual good faith. These terms do not purport to exclude any non-excludable statutory obligation.

4. Our Services

Axiom Digital provides digital and IT services for businesses and individuals. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Computer and laptop repair & service
  • Training in digital tools, software, and AI
  • AI advice and implementation guidance
  • Digitalisation strategy for SMEs
  • Custom project work as agreed per engagement

The full scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any engagement are defined in a written agreement or order confirmation. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commitment to deliver any specific service.

5. Incorporation of These Terms

These Terms of Service form part of every written agreement entered into by Axiom Digital, unless explicitly excluded in writing. Prior to entering into a contract, Axiom Digital will make these terms available to the other party electronically or in writing in accordance with Article 6:234 BW.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable resources — is the property of Axiom Digital or its content suppliers and is protected under Dutch and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

Downloadable guides and resources provided on this site are for personal and business use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. In no event shall Axiom Digital be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Consumer rights exception: Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that consumers are entitled to under mandatory Dutch or EU consumer protection law. Statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.

Mandatory exception: Nothing in these terms limits liability for damages resulting from intent (opzet) or deliberate recklessness (bewuste roekeloosheid) on the part of Axiom Digital or its personnel, as this cannot be excluded under Dutch law (Article 6:248 BW).

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Groningen, the Netherlands.

Consumer note: If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence under EU consumer law.
